Abstract

The analysis of observed methods and methodologies, as well as numerous research works on improving of selection methods of range of the automobile transmission numbers shows that different authors use different criterions-indexes of automobiles technical-operational characteristics, but there are no common set of criterions. This research work recommends the criterions of the system “engine-transmission” parameters optimization in reconstructed agricultural machinery. It is estimated, that for the taken information realization of the optimal 5-level transmission in construction of agricultural machinery GAS-SAZ3507, while its engine work with CNG, improves considerably its hauling-speed properties and fuel economy (from 9% to 2%), and the use of redesigned 4-stage transmission will improve the abovementioned indexes from 4% to 11%. If the engine works with the liquefied oil gas OGTL, realization in construction of 5-stage transmission will improve the abovementioned indexes from 7% to 21%, and the use of redesigned 4-stage transmission will improve the abovementioned indexes from 3% to 9%. The measuring uncertainty in hauling-speed indexes determination and fuel economy for the automobile GAS-SAZ-3507 does not exceed 5%. It will be resonable in the future to perform multiple-factor experimental reserches of the redesined transmissions for reconstructed agricultural machinery, based on technicaleconomical estimation of taken decisions
