REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION OF SCHWYZ HEIFERS WITH HORMONAL CORRECTION OF OVULATION

The article presents the results of science research of reproductive ability of Schwyz breed heifers with hormonal stimulation of oestrus on industrial complex. It was established, that in Schwyz heifers the index of insemination is slightly higher than three units, thus, in cows of first lactation born to mothers of local environmental origin, it is at the level of 3.16 units, which concede indicator of II group, which from the mothers of the Austrian ecogenesis, by 6.01% (P <0.05). It is proved that in animals of Schwyz breed of first lactation the coefficient of reproductive ability does not exceed 0.89. Thus the first lactation period is exceeds the normal duration and index reaches 355.1 days. This period, in turn, is caused by the service-period, which does not descend the value of 128 days.
