The article presents the results of the morphological and functional characteristics of the cerebellum, pet bird class. The bark of cerebellum of poultry is formed respective layers – molecular, ganglionic, and grainy, characterized by different population of neurons, which are due to the link between the nervous and functional state of nerve structures. The features of the cerebellum, as indicated by the different absolute and relative weight, the shape of their cross-section, morphometric parameters of structural components gistoarhitektonichnih thickness of the layers, the size of the nerve cells, as well as various nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio, depending on the size of neurons and animal species. In addition, it clarified the protein-nucleic exchange at the tissue and cellular levels
