According to the relevance of the study, the new challenges of the financial environment, the growing dynamism of globalization and digital changes in national and global financial relations. Conceptual awareness of financial transformation necessitates the development of new tools for scientific knowledge of the prospects for the development of the financial market of Ukraine in terms of digital imperatives. The purpose of the study is to identify innovative ways of long-term development of the financial market of Ukraine in terms of digitalization of society. The object of research is the latest financial and digital processes of prospects for the development of the national financial market of Ukraine in terms of digital transformation.
