ECONOMIC AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTION OF OUPUT AT AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES: REGIONAL ASPECT

The development of agricultural sector of economy in the country in the context of European integration requires of agricultural producers to increase the volumes and efficiency of agricultural production, improve its quality, comply with international standards, diversify production, introduce new forms and methods of economy management, and efficient management. Analytical work plays an essential role in solving these tasks; in particular, this includes carrying out economic and statistical analysis of the activity of agricultural enterprises, which helps to forecast, develop strategy, substantiate plans and managerial decisions, control their accomplishment, identify reserves for increasing the efficiency of agricultural production. Application of economic and statistical analysis of the gross output of agricultural enterprises through the example of a separate region, in particular, Zhytomyr region, allowed to create forecast parameters of corresponding indicators and to identify promising directions for the development of agricultural sector of the region. It is stated that in order to ensure the competitive development of agricultural sector of economy, domestic commodity producers should concentrate their attention on the key elements of producing output aiming to ensure control, mandatory compliance with the EU standards, introduction of the system of market analysis and hazardous factors. The strategy for the development of agricultural sector of economy in the region should be based on the principles of responsibility, increasing investment potential and focus on innovation, specialization, cooperation, clustering, concentration of production, use of energy-saving technologies, and increasing the export potential of the sector
