Routes surveys of winter rye sowings were conducted in poliska zone of Ukraine and their phytosanitary condition was found out. It is marked that changes in agroclimatic conditions and natural evolutionary processes in pathogens of diseases populations increase their genetic and trophic diversity, reinforcing harmfulness of both common phytopathogens and those which didn't have practical value earlier. The structure of winter rye species of pathogens of diseases composition is established based on results of field and laboratory studies. It is determined that predominant fungal diseases in Ukrainian Polissya are: brown leaf rust, septophoresis, powdery mildew and root rots. While snow mold, fusarium of spike and horn got minor spread in agrocenoses of the crop. Biological peculiarities of their development, symptoms of plants lesion and harmfulness are highlighted. It is mentioned that the degree of winter rye damage with pathogens of diseases is a consequence of non-compliance with the basic components of crop cultivation technology, that demands improvement of methods and ways of limitation of their development
