THE RESEARCHING OFMAIZEGRAINCOMPOUND, THAT GROWN UP IN THEFOREST STEPPEOF ZHYTOMYR REGION

The article presents the results of researching of grain compound (GC) of maize that grown up in the forest steppe of Zhytomyr region. The researching of GC was conducted after threshing by widespread at this moment in Ukraine threshing combines of the next brands: "Палессе КЗС-1218", "РСМ-142", "Case International-1666" and "Claas Lexion-480". In the result of the conducted researching in GC of maize were founded 3 kinds of weeds, grain and plant impurities, mineral impurities (soil). From the open sources there was searched and calculation the aerodynamic parameters, such as critical speed and sail coefficient of maize GC. There was identified the aerodynamic parameters that are necessary for modeling of grain separation processes in the air stream and for development of grain cleaning machinery
