RELATIONSHIP MICROBIOLOGICAL FACTORS WITH BIOTECHNOLOGICAL FITNESS STALLIONS SPERM TO COOLING
Abstract
This article first presents the study of the influence of the absolute number of colony forming units of coliform bacteria and total bacterial contamination of semen stallions on its physiological characteristics which determined its suitability biotechnology. For the first time it found that the correlation coefficient of the number of colony-forming units of Escherichia coli with survival chilled semen is minus 0.6 (p<0.01), and with an absolute survival rate minus 0.57 (p<0.01). Influence of bacterial contamination of stallion semen chilled semen indices lower at minus 0.5 (p<0.01) on survival and minus 0.52 (p<0.01) in the absolute survival. It is proposed to determine the absolute number of colony-forming units of coliform bacteria in the semen of stallions, along with the definition coli titre and establish a maximum permissible level of bacterial contamination in the semen of stallions 5000 CFU / cm3 on the amount of colony forming units of coliform bacteria and total bacterial contamination
