BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF TYPICAL CHERNOZEM MODAL DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF ORGANIC SUBSTRATES IN ORGANIC-MINERAL FERTILIZER SYSTEM
Abstract
The effect of different types of organic substrate (straw, green manure, fermented manure), in the composition of organo-mineral fertilizer system for biological activity of chernozem modal in comparison with the soil of the natural ecosystem was analyzed. The dependence of the activity of the main flow of soil biological processes depending on the kind of the organic substrate during growth and winter wheat, the weather conditions was shown. The use of organic substrates intensifies soil microbiological and biochemical processes, increasing the amount of total microbial mass in 1.8-2.1 times, the intensity in the emission of carbon dioxide in 1.7-2.5, enzyme activity in 1.1-1.7. The stimulating effect on the synthesis of microbial biomass can clearly be seen in the optimization of the ratio of carbon and nitrogen, which is achieved through a combination of organic fertilizers with mineral and allows you to bring the balance of physiological processes in the soil agrocenosis to the natural ecosystem. The active biological processes in soil is observed during the summer with temperature control period at the level of average long-term performance and excessive rainfall
