FORMATION OF THE INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE REGIONIN THE CONTEXT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION ECOLOGY

In the article considerable attention is paid to the problem of inefficient, consumer use of natural resources and predominantly intensive agricultural production without consideration of environmental factors, which in turn leads to fatal consequences for both the natural environment and human health. It has been established that conducting an effective integrated regional investment policy aimed at environmentalizing agrarian production will lead to an increase in the level and quality of life of the population in the region, will promote the involvement of municipal and regional financial institutions in its implementation, intensify scientific research in the field of ecologization of agrarian production, will promote wide to involve the public in solving environmental problems. To do this, it is necessary that the mechanisms for stimulating effective investment projects are implemented at the level of regional and municipal structures, as well as aimed at strengthening interregional interaction with public financial authorities. The analysis of investment support of environmental protection and ecological measures in the system of agrarian production in the region is carried out. The necessity of formation of investment policy of Zhytomyr region in the context of ecologization of agrarian production and development of decentralization processes is substantiated. The features and the necessity to increase investments are specifically developed to improve the processes of ecologization of agrarian production. Some problems of regional financial policy are solved, provided that the state is regulated in order to create an attractive investment environment in the region. The priorities and perspectives of regional development in the context of ecologization of agrarian production are determined, as well as suggestions on the improvement of regional investment policy, taking into account administrative reform, which is not always aimed at improving the ecological status of the territories and the environmentalization of commercial production
